Victoria has worked as an independent consultant for over 7+ years. She founded her studio VG Consulting Studio in 2016, which she describes as a synergy between art and strategic thinking.

She has worked with over 50 clients, spanning from strategy consulting, vision design and business development, to personal branding, art direction, content curation, and identity & communications, for a wide variety of clients —architects, interior designers, art consultants, art gallerists, artists, jewelry brands, fashion brands, perfumery brands, and personalities like chefs, photographers and designers. She has been involved in the editorial world, as project manager in the design, edition and launch of two books, and she advised in the development of a third book. She has also worked for corporate clients such as real estate developers, investment funds, start-ups and law firms.

Victoria has always been very private about her work and her clients because she considers the work that she does to be a very intimate and personal process.

“In my consultancies, I deeply explore my clients’ essence, aspirations, desires and personal experience. Through my consultancies, I help them develop a life strategy that portrays their most ambitious vision, their deepest values and their aspired lifestyle, and then we translate that into the design of an identity, a project or a business. So you see, what results from my consultancies is private, because it’s a direct expression of my clients’ own journey, and it’s something that belongs to them.”

Victoria has also collaborated with brands in creative directing campaigns and being a brand ambassador. She works with brands with which she genuinely connects in aesthetics and philosophy. Photography and art directing are a passion of hers, and she loves to collaborate with brands that resonate with her elegant philosophy and aesthetic pursuit.

She has worked in campaigns, art direction and content creation for brands such as Etiqueta Negra, Trosman, Maria Cher and Gilhaus, among others.
